A typical Monday morning at Zigler Art Museum consists of what you might expect if you’ve ever stopped in for a visit: our small team opens up shop, takes a minute to make coffee (or jet fuel, depending on who gets there first), and checks in with each other before launching into the day’s business. We may discuss upcoming receptions, our next installation, fundraising progress, advertising deadlines—often all of the above. Almost without fail, we find ourselves circling the same topic—the primary metric by which we gauge the success of our planning:

How do we better reach our museum-going community? Better yet, how can we earn the regard of an even wider audience in our area?
